HHC is a 40 year plus old company with significant experience in multiple plating applications. All work performed is completed with safety and environmental protection in mind. We meet or exceed all government regulations and maintain full time Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) personnel that are active participants in federal and state EPA and safety forums.
HHC On-site Services provides Emergency (breakdown) Service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We work with your schedule. In most cases same day service is available. We provide Time & Material quotes based on customer photos and description within 4 hours of your inquiry. Sales and technical support personnel are available to assist customers on initial queries to ensure plating applications are tailored to customer unique requirements. Brush Plating
HHC offers in-plant and on-site Brush Plating
operations that provides:
- Certified Brush Plating personnel to MIL-STD 865 and MIL-STD 2197 (SH):
- Eliminates or minimizes disassembly
- Significantly reduced downtime
- Eliminates shipping
- Precision buildup with plating solutions that includes Nickel, Copper, Cobalt & Brass (Ask us about our trivalent chrome)
- Capability for very rapid metal build up
- Low temperature process to add metal without thermal distortion
Welding
HHC offers in-plant and on-site welding operations that provides:
-AWS certified welders in TIG, MIG and Stick welding:
-Expedites repair of small dings & spot repairs
- Bore repair to specified diameters
- Remove cracks and repair to pre-damaged condition
- Expedites build up to specified diameters
- Application includes but not limited to titanium, aluminum, hardened steel, and other unique/exotic base metals
Thermal Spray
HHC offers in-plant and on-site thermal spray services that provides:
- Sprayed coating deposits ranging from 0.015 to more than 1 inch thick, depending on the material and spray system
- Ability to spray onto most metal, ceramic, or plastic surfaces
- A spray rate that range from 3 to 60 lb/h depending on the material and the spray system
- No heat-affected zone
Ability to spray most metals to include but not limited to Aluminum, Copper, Tungsten & Chrome Carbides, Aluminum Oxides, Chrome Oxide and Stainless Steels and Inconel
HHC offers in-plant and on-site polishing services that provides:
- Pre-polish operations that remove damaged materials and imperfections.
- Post-polish operations that is capable of achieving a mirror like or customer specified finish
- Polishing operations that is capable of achieving a finish tolerance within .0005”
HHC offers in-plant and on-site machining & grinding services that provides:
- Pre/Post machining to achieve specified diameters.
- Turning of shafts from 4 inches diameter or larger
- Milling of keyways and flats
- Tool post grinding capability
- Turning capability to correct out-of-round condition to .001 or better
- ID boring, drilling & grinding to achieve specified diameters
